LOW BUDGET HOUSE

The client wants to build a house in their village on a tight budget. This design accommodated 2 spacious Bedrooms with verandas and one with an attached bathroom, Dining, Living, Kitchen, and 1 common Toilet. The land is adjacent to a lake in the south, surrounded by trees and vegetation. Two bedrooms are placed in the south to get daylight and vista to the lake through verandas. All services—Toilet and Kitchen are placed in the west. The water reservoir will be placed on the top of the bathroom to cut additional costs of plumbing. Corrugated sheet will be used as the roof.

The whole house is designed with exposed brick, which doesn’t need any paint or plaster. Also, it is damp proof. It increases the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the project. It is also good in terms of aesthetics for its texture.
The approximate construction cost of the house will be around 7 lac BDT.
