The client wanted to build a two-story house at an affordable cost. The use of ceramic bricks eliminates the cost of paint and plaster. Second, since it is of better quality than ordinary bricks, it is less likely to catch salt. In addition, special attention has been paid to the structural design of the roof to hold the roof garden and harvest rainwater. All ducts and utility pipes are hidden.

The screen used in front of the house will be useful for vertical gardening or farming. The location of each bedroom is such that they will get natural light and air for most of the day. Due to this, the cost of electricity will also come down. Moreover, solar panels will be used in the house for renewable energy. Some fruit trees will be planted in a small piece of yard in front, which will also give a soothing environment.
